• What is DayPass?

  DayPass will give you access, for 24 hours, to any one of four premium mobile web areas, including Social Networks, Sports, Weather, and News. All you need is some money in your Value Pocket and a phone that has a web browser option. You may contact Customer Care to find out if your handset has the mobile web option.

• How much does Mobile Web DayPass cost?

  For 99 cents, deducted from your Value Pocket, you can get access to one of four premium web areas for 24 hours. So, if you buy a DayPass for Social Networks, you can access Facebook Mobile as well as other networking sites for 24 hours.  

• I have money in my Value Pocket. Why can't I purchase the Mobile DayPass on my handset?

  Not all phones have the mobile web feature. You may contact Customer Care, to find out if your handset has this option.

• I ordered the DayPass and I have used it once today. Now it isn't working. Who can help me with this?

  Pocket Customer Care representatives are available to help you 24 hours a day. For assistance call *611 from your Pocket phone.

• I like using the DayPass, but is there a way that I can still access these sites without paying everyday?

  The unlimited Mobile Web feature is only available as an add on feature to the $30 and $35 plans. The unlimited Mobile Web service already includes access to these premium websites and much more. Come by a Pocket Retail location, call Customer Care, or visit http://my.pocket.com to upgrade your rate plan.

• How do I access Mobile DayPass from my phone?

  Find the web browser icon on your phone. Select it with just the click of a button, and you will see these selections.  Social Networking DayPass.  Weather DayPass.  Sports DayPass.  News DayPass.  What is DayPass?
