What is Value Pocket?

Value Pocket allows you to purchase “Pay-as-You-Go” features that are not included in your selected Unlimited Monthly Rate Plan. To enjoy these features, money must be added to your Value Pocket. Funds do not expire, provided you maintain service with Pocket.

How do I access the Value Pocket and add funds?

How can I make a payment?

EZ Pay Set-up automatic monthly payments from your credit / debit card online, calling customer service, or at a store.
Online Make a one-time payment or set-up automatic payments through EZ Pay.

How can I download ringtones and wallpaper?

Online
1 On Pocket.com, click on the “DOWNLOADS” tab.
2 Enter your phone number & Select your phone model
3 Ringtones and wallpapers that work on your phone will appear!
Phone
1 Add funds to your Value Pocket.
2 Access your web browser.
3 Click on “Ringtones and More.”
4 Select your favorite songs or wallpapers
5 Download them on to your handset.
